Shipping

Excluding launch days, all orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same working day. After 2pm will be fulfilled on the following day.

Customs Fees

EU customers won't have any import fees as we ship from Portugal.
Customers outside of EU are subject to their countries import & duties laws. There may be import fees that are charged by the country that we are unable to cover currently. Appreciate the support.

General

We want to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you have a 14-day window from the date of receipt to return your order.

In the event that your order cannot be delivered due to incorrect information or missed deliveries, it may be returned to us by the courier. Upon such a return, we will promptly contact you. Please note that any additional shipping charges for redelivery will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

All iItems purchased on www.raseri.eu are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

All items must be unworn in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact to be eligible for return. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession.

We recommend that you return products in their original packaging to ensure the necessary protection when in transit. We also recommend that returned goods be sent via insured, traceable delivery for your protection.

Please note that returns are currently not free and it will be the full duty of the customer to pay for the return of any item bought with us. Please also be aware that we are not liable for items that are lost or damaged during transit and we strongly recommend that all returns are sent using recorded delivery.

Refunds

All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method used to purchase the items. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. Please note refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Store credit is the quickest option if you would like to order another product in exchange without having to wait for a refund.

Product Condition

Please be aware that we cannot process returned clothing which has been worn. Please ensure that when you try your items on that you are not wearing strong aftershaves or scents, that all product tags remain in tact, and that the item is unworn and in a resellable condition. It will be at our discretion as to whether the item is in a resellable condition.
